AcmeLink DK: package and installation preparation
The illustrated standard package contains an AcmeLink DK controller, two bare-ended P1/P2 wires (red and black), two self-tapping screws and an adhesive pad. The product body is 74 × 37 × 23 mm and its net weight is 50 g.
What you need before installation
- A confirmed compatible Daikin indoor unit and its existing P1/P2 wired controller.
- The complete indoor-unit model, controller model and a clear photograph identifying the P1/P2 terminals.
- A 2.4 GHz WiFi network, Tuya Smart / Smart Life and qualified HVAC personnel.
Connection and commissioning
AcmeLink DK uses the compatible Daikin P1/P2 controller route, not a Mitsubishi Electric CN105 connection. The two P1/P2 conductors are non-polarized; their red and black colors do not establish positive and negative terminals. The compatible original wired controller can remain connected in parallel.
Isolate HVAC power before wiring. Follow the confirmed P1/P2 connection diagram, then restore power, pair the WiFi module and test power, mode, temperature, fan speed and original-controller operation as supported by the indoor unit. Do not use the ME configuration list as a DK specification.
