Standard purchasing policy
Pricing
Pricing depends on the model, functional configuration, communication protocol, accessories, order quantity and customization requirements.
Standard MOQ
The standard minimum order quantity is 60 units/sets. Different models, protocols or software versions may be counted separately.
Stock samples
Standard stock samples are normally prepared within approximately 3 working days after requirements and payment are confirmed.
Configured samples
Samples requiring functional or protocol configuration normally require approximately 15–20 working days.
Adjusted samples
Samples requiring logo, manual or packaging adjustments normally require approximately 10 working days.
Mass production
Standard mass-production lead time is confirmed according to quantity and production schedule. Logo or packaging orders normally require approximately 15 days.

- Free laser-engraved product logo when the standard MOQ is met
- Buyer supplies a clear vector logo file for confirmation
- Orders below 500 units/sets use standard white corrugated packaging
- Full-color logo packaging is available from 500 units/sets
- Special color boxes, inserts, barcodes and multilingual manuals are confirmed by project
OEM/ODM options
- Product logo, panel graphics and screen interface

- WiFi, Zigbee, RF433 and Modbus configurations

Documentation
Certification availability
CE, RoHS, applicable RED, FCC and relevant Tuya or wireless-module certification documents can be provided according to the product version and target market.

Compatibility before samples
VRF thermostats and HVAC gateways require the air-conditioner brand, complete indoor-unit model, communication terminals and control requirements before samples are prepared.
FCU, floor-heating and boiler thermostats must also be selected according to the actual load, valve, sensor or boiler interface.
