What is needed for a verifiable installation record?
Before an installation can be presented as a case, retain the country and test date; complete indoor/outdoor-unit nameplates; interface and original-controller model; gateway hardware, firmware and module version; actual wiring photographs; an operation video tied to that equipment; tested and unsupported functions; and permission to publish customer material.
For a support record, also retain the problem, evidence, diagnosis, action and repeatable retest result. Missing fields remain unknown. This review does not create a new customer installation case.
