Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
ACMELEC is a thermostat and HVAC control manufacturer in Nanjing, China. We support product selection, PCB and firmware discussion, assembly, testing, documentation and OEM/ODM projects for distributors, HVAC contractors and brand owners.
What smart control options are available?
Smart functions depend on the selected model and configuration. Available routes include 2.4 GHz WiFi, Zigbee and Tuya Smart or Smart Life control. Voice-platform, private-label app and other integration requirements must be confirmed for the exact model and target market before ordering.
What HVAC systems are your thermostats designed for?
The product range covers VRF air conditioning, fan coil units, electric and hydronic floor heating, and residential gas boiler heating. Interfaces, wiring, voltage and supported functions vary by model. Send the HVAC brand, complete indoor-unit model and a controller or terminal photo for compatibility confirmation.
What are your MOQ and branding requirements?
The standard product MOQ is 60 units or sets. A laser-engraved product logo is free when the standard MOQ is met. Orders below 500 units use standard white corrugated packaging; full-color custom-logo packaging is available from 500 units. More extensive hardware, firmware or app customization is evaluated separately.
What certifications are available?
Certification availability is confirmed by product model, wireless configuration and target market. CE and RoHS documentation, applicable RED documentation, FCC documentation and relevant Tuya or wireless-module certificates can be provided where available. Ask us to confirm the exact documents for the model you plan to purchase.
What are the sample and production lead times?
Standard stock samples are normally prepared in about 3 working days. Samples requiring function or protocol configuration take approximately 15–20 working days, while samples requiring logo, manual or packaging adjustments take approximately 10 working days. Bulk-order lead time is quoted separately according to quantity, customization and the production schedule; custom-logo packaging orders are typically planned around 15 days after all details are confirmed.
Do you offer warranty and after-sales support?
All products carry a two-year limited warranty covering confirmed manufacturing defects. The warranty period begins from the shipment date. Detailed coverage, exclusions and resolution terms follow the product model and order agreement. For support, provide the order details, complete HVAC model, wiring information and clear photos or video.
Can you support marketplace and distributor projects?
Yes. ACMELEC can discuss product images, manuals, labels, standard or custom packaging and technical documentation for distributor and marketplace projects. Available materials and compliance documents are confirmed according to the selected model and destination market.
