Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a dedicated manufacturer with our own factory located in China,specializing in smart home IoT devices for over 10 years. What smart home platforms are your thermostats compatible with?
All our WiFi and Zigbee thermostats are built on the Tuya Smart platform,which provides native compatibility with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Apple HomeKit (via Matter bridge), SmartThings, and IFTTT. Our products support both 2.4GHz WiFi and Zigbee 3.0 protocols. For B2B customers requiring private-label apps, we offer full SDK support through Tuya's OEM App solution — your brand name and logo appear in the app store, with no mention of Tuya or our company. We also support custom firmware for customers with their own cloud infrastructure.
What HVAC systems are your thermostats designed for?
Our thermostat range covers four major HVAC application types: - Fan Coil Units (FCU): 2-pipe and 4-pipe configurations, 0–10V and on/off valve control - Underfloor Heating: Electric and water/hydronic floor heating, NTC sensor compatible - Central Air Conditioning: Compatible with Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin,Fujitsu, Midea, Gree VRF/multi-split systems via IR or wired gateway - Heat Pump Systems: Heating + cooling mode, emergency heat support Each product page specifies the compatible system type. What are your MOQ requirements for OEM/ODM orders?
Our MOQ policy is designed to be accessible for small and mid-size HVAC brands: Customization Type:MOQ Standard product (no changes):1 unit (sample order) Logo/brand printing:60 units Retail box & packaging design:1,200 units App UI / color theme customization:2,000 units Full ODM (custom hardware + firmware):Negotiable (typically 3,000–5,000units) For new brand partners, we recommend starting with a sample order of 1–5 units to verify product fit before committing to a branded run.
What certifications do your products carry?
Certification availability varies by product model. Our core thermostat line holds: - CE (EU market — EMC Directive + LVD) - RoHS (EU restriction of hazardous substances) - FCC Part 15 (US market — radio frequency) - ETL (North America — UL equivalent) - UKCA (UK market, post-Brexit) - Tuya IoT Platform Certified All certification documents are available for download on individual product pages, or upon request via email. What is the typical lead time for bulk orders?
Lead times depend on order quantity, customization level, and current production capacity: - In-stock standard models: 3–7 business days - Small orders (< 500 units, no customization): 7–15 business days - Mid-volume orders (500–3,000 units): 15–25 business days - Large/custom orders (> 3,000 units or ODM): 25–45 business days During peak seasons (September–November), production slots fill quickly. We recommend placing orders at least 6 weeks in advance for holiday season inventory. A production schedule and milestone update are provided for all orders above 500 units.
Do you offer product warranty and after-sales support?
All products carry a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects,component failure, and firmware bugs. The warranty period begins from the date of shipment. Our after-sales process: 1. Customer reports defect with photo/video evidence 2. Our QA team reviews within 48 hours 3. For confirmed defects: replacement units shipped within 5 business days, or credit applied to next order 4. For field failures above 2% of batch quantity, a full root cause analysis(RCA) report is provided For OEM partners, we also offer ongoing firmware support for up to 3 years post-purchase, ensuring your branded app continues to function as Tuya platform updates.
