One platform, project-specific setup
Reduce SKU complexity without guessing compatibility
The same controller platform can be configured for different supported HVAC protocols. Each order is still matched to the complete indoor-unit model and terminals.
2-wire routes
Supports applicable P1/P2 or X/Y communication used by selected Daikin, Hitachi, Toshiba, Panasonic, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Hisense, Gree and York systems.
3-wire routes
Supports selected proprietary combinations used by applicable Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Midea and Haier models.
4-wire routes
Supports selected A1/B1/D-/D+ or related arrangements. Exact model verification is mandatory.
Tuya ecosystem
Optional WiFi supports Tuya Smart / Smart Life, scheduling, remote control and supported voice integrations.

S20 configuration questions
Can the installer change the supported brand on site?
The supplied material describes Bluetooth configuration for loading a selected brand protocol. The correct profile and wiring must be confirmed before commissioning.
Does S20 support every model from the listed brands?
No. Support is model- and interface-specific. Some brand/interface combinations explicitly require a model check.
Is WiFi mandatory?
No. WiFi is optional. The thermostat can be specified according to the project’s local and smart-control requirements.

- Pricing is quoted according to model, configuration and order quantity.
- Standard MOQ: 60 units/sets.
- Standard stock samples: approximately 3 working days.
- Functional or protocol-configured samples: approximately 15–20 working days.
- Logo, manual or packaging-adjusted samples: approximately 10 working days.
- Mass-production lead time is confirmed according to quantity and production schedule.
